Clinical Supervision for PLMHPs in Nebraska
For therapists working in settings where supervision isn’t provided

Early-career work is meaningful—and demanding. If you’re a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in Nebraska without agency-provided supervision, you still deserve consistent, thoughtful support that helps you grow and protects client care.

What I offer
-
Individual clinical supervision that centers ethics, reflection, and practical skill-building
-
A steady place to think through complex cases without shame or jargon
-
Support with case conceptualization, documentation practices, boundaries, and burnout prevention
-
A supervision relationship that honors your identity, values, and the communities you serve
Who it’s for
-
PLMHPs whose workplace does not provide supervision or in solo practice
-
New/early-career clinicians who want structured growth and a trusted sounding board
-
Therapists seeking trauma-informed, identity-affirming supervision that’s collaborative—not hierarchical
What you can expect
-
Respectful, steady support focused on clinical judgment, ethics, and client safety
-
Reflective practice: we slow down, map what’s happening, and decide next best steps
-
Skills focus: treatment planning, documentation that protects you and your clients, boundaries, crisis considerations, referrals/consults
-
Self-of-the-therapist work: noticing your nervous system and capacity so the work stays sustainable
How it works
-
Free consult (15–20 min). We clarify goals, fit, logistics, and any agency requirements.
-
Supervision agreement. Frequency, format, and documentation needs are outlined clearly.
-
Sessions. Consistent meetings with space for cases, ethics, and professional development.
-
Documentation. You receive logs/attestations needed for your licensure file.
Compliance note: We’ll align supervision with Nebraska PLMHP expectations. Please confirm specific hour requirements with your licensing board/employer; I’ll provide documentation to support your file.
